Hello members & friends,

Happy Spring!! PAD is currently under construction as I mentioned in previous letter, we finally have a roof over our building. They began last week by installing the trusses and plywood. They will be laying roof shingles very soon, in same time, we will put the insulation between old and new roof to keep our building warm during winter, and cool during summer.

We will relocate the air condition unit too. Check out our Facebook for pictures of new roof.

We have set up Gofundme page, for roof expenses donation. Please consider to donate PAD/GPCCD for our roof expenses. Any donation over $100, will be posted on President circle plague inside our building. You may donate in person or mail us at our PAD address. You will be able to write off the tax if you donate. Thank you for your consideration.

Enjoy your Spring season, school is coming to end, soon, we will be enjoying our summer vacation. PAD/GPCCD will host many events too. Travel safe!

Hello members & friends,
Looking at our winter season, it is not too bad YET! But we are still in winter season as of Feb! Looking forward to spring!
I wanted to update you all about our roof progress. City of Pittsburgh required contractor to have blue print, so it’s current under work by architect, and will be posting the result after City’s approval.
Our winter season has been good to us and we went pass Thanksgiving bash, Christmas bash, and New Year bash. We will host more events. Easter bash.
I want to give a warm note about our former club manager, Holly Mendel, she have done a great job for our club for long time, now I want to welcome our new club manager, Steve Eberle for year of 2018-2020.

President’s Corner

Hello members & friends,
Hope you all are keeping yourself warm, winter is coming soon!
Reminder that our Active meeting will be on Friday, Nov 17, 2017 due to holiday party hosting Open House at PAD on Friday, November 10 then Saturday, November 11, we all will be attending Holiday party at Moon Township. Hope sees you all there!

Check our Facebook and Website for our upcoming events thru winter season, come and visit us!

We came into struggling of roof issues and we decide to put new trusses over our flat roof, it will occur this spring 2018 by one of our active member, Lenny Visco, owner of Visco Contracting! We cannot wait for the new roof and will be end of ongoing roof leaking issues. Many thanks for all your patience and volunteers to keep roof stable until spring!

We will have Christmas Active dinner on Saturday, Dec 9 at PAD, reminder the election and meeting will be on Friday, December 8.

We will be only electing for new club manager for 2018-2020 year. The officers remain same until ending of 2018.
